These terms apply when you use SevaFlow. By creating an account you agree to them.

What SevaFlow is

SevaFlow is a tool your care team uses to support your care between visits. It is not a substitute for care from a trained professional, and it does not diagnose or treat any condition on its own.

Not an emergency service

Messages and answers are not monitored around the clock. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call your local emergency number, call or text 988 (in the US), or use the resources on the Get Help page.

Your account

• Keep your password private and do not share your account.
• Tell your care team right away if you think someone else has accessed your account.
• Use SevaFlow only for your own care and only in lawful ways.

Points and rewards

If your clinic offers points, they are a thank-you for staying involved in your care. Points have no cash value, can expire, and may be changed or ended by your clinic at any time.

Content

Videos, exercises and articles are for general education. Some videos are hosted by third parties such as YouTube, whose own terms apply when you watch them.

Changes and ending use

We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will ask you to review them the next time you sign in. You can stop using SevaFlow at any time by telling your care team.
